The field is in charge of a “Field Chief”, who watches over the well-being of the property and the execution of a meticulous application of each of the tasks that must be carried out in the vines to obtain a high quality fruit, to achieve this highlights processes such as the control of kilos per plant. Obtaining up to 3 kilos per plant, with a manual harvest in trays of 12 kilos, among other agricultural tasks.

The second strategic unit is the Winery, a reflection of an arduous engineering work that, after an efficient cycle, achieves respect for the best quality of the fruit extracted from our fields. This winery designed by the Engineer/Partner Jaime Lagos Soto is unique in Chile and stands out for its semicircular design and its two levels that undoubtedly manage to work without the intervention of the grape during its journey, this given that gravity is a fundamental part of the production process of Valle Secreto.
