Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Private line was born in 2009. It is made up of four wines that reflect the terroir of Cachapoal Andes. Cool winds from the Andes and a wide temperature range between day and night give the wines unique characteristics: fresh, delicate tannins and refined aromas. Each vintage of this line is a limited edition of unique bottles.

Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard block: C28

Tasting notes

Color: Ruby red.
Nose: Red fruit aromas such as blueberry and cherry stand out, with notes of graphite and, at the end, a touch of licorice and spice. Elegant and complex.
Palate: Well structured on the palate, with elegant, firm tannins.

Total acidity: 3.53 g/L
Residual sugar: 3.29 g/L

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
Food pairing: Fatty red meats, lamb and duck.
Aging: 14 to 16 months in new and second-use French oak barrels
